Various tests are available to quantify the probability of ignition, measure associated effects and specify the conditions of flammability. The results of these tests are used to advise on prevention and protection strategies. Reaction calorimetry is used to identify process hazards due to exothermic reactions. All safety tests are performed in a world class safety laboratory in Deventer, the Netherlands. Our safety laboratory is equipped with a wide range of experimental facilities to investigate potential hazardous products and processes.
